In addition to cost savings through frequent communication, we founded this company during difficult economic times in an effort to offer quality engineering and surveying services at a competitive rate.  Through strategic partnering for any additional services, we can provide full services for all your civil engineering needs.  All work will be done under the supervision of Schappacher Engineering, LLC, which has the appropriate Liability Insurance to protect the client and the product. 

We are located in Bradenton serving the west central state of Florida and the Tampa Bay area.
